Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioners complain that a representation dt.29-03-2016 made by them to 3rd respondent for grant of patta under Section 11 (a) of the AP Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 is pending consideration before 3rd respondent and that 3rd respondent is no taking any action in the matter. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will pass orders on the petitioners' representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to pass orders on the petitioners' representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
