Heard Mr. L.Vishnu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

" .., to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondents in not accepting the application for electricity connection to the petitioner building premises bearing Plot No.0619, admeasuring 167 sq.yards, Phase-II Situated in Sy.No.37 of Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga' Reddy District now MedchalMalkajgiri District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently, direct the respofldents to receive the application for the electricity connections and release the power supply with required meters without any further delay and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 27.03.2023 passed in W.p.No.g299 of 2023, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2023 passed in W.p.No.B299 of 2023.

Bringing the said submissions of both the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to receive the petitioner's application seeking to release electrical service connection to the petitioner,s building premises bearing Plot No.O619, admeasuring L67 sq.yards, Phase-fl Situated in Sy.No.37 Of Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District now MedchalMalkajgiri District, and consider the same, in accordance to law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom, and grant necessary electricity connection as sought fo by the

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
