ORDER:

The simple grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has not been considering her representation made on 03.7.2014 for demolition of certain alleged illegal construction over her plot. The petitioner has not impleaded the persons who have allegedly raised the construction over her plot.

Be that as it may, as the grievance of the petitioner is innocuous, respondent No.2 is directed to verify whether the above said representation is received by his office, and if it is so received, he shall consider the same, take appropriate action in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of this order.
