It is the case of the petitioners that they are absolute owners and possessors of a land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.134/2 of Paradesipalem Village, Chinnagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. The first respondent without any right or authority, entered into the lands of the petitioners and trying to pit the dicks for laying marking stones. It is also the case of the petitioners that when the revenue authorities trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners' vendors in an extent of Ac.4.89 cents in Sy.No.134/2, the vendors of the petitioners got filed W.P.No.3335 of 2006. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directed the respondents 2 and 3 therein not to dispossess the vendors of the petitioners without following due process of law, by its orders dated 23.02.2006.

Now, in spite of the above said orders in the above writ petition, the respondents are again trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioners' lands and are trying to evict the petitioners, without following due process of law. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent. In view of the orders dated 23.02.2006 in W.P.No.3335 of 2006 passed by this Court in favour of the vendors of the petitioners, the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners without following the due process of law and also without complying the principles of natural justice. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending
