When this matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.

The petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondents Nos.5 and 6. It is noticed that this writ petition was dismissed for default against respondents Nos.5 and 6 vide order dated 29.12.2010, and thereafter, no effort was made by the petitioner to see that the writ petition against respondents Nos.5 and 6 is restored. In the absence of respondents No.5 and 6, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
