This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.4 under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.20 of 2016 on the file of Araku Valley Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with the other accused, found in possession of 1000 kgs., of ganja. Since the ganja found in the above crime is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
