HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.6603 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6154 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of Special S.C.No.4 of 2017 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chittoor District, which is outcome of crime No.63 of 2016 of Chowdepalli Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 324 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.6603 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
