Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the new developments in the case, he wants to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a petition afresh. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
