Inaction in forming the road as per the specifications mentioned in the estimate bearing No.NCRMP/B-W/AP/ RHB/PRED/O5/Narsapur/002 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition the authorities have laid the road. In view of the above subsequent development, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
