- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1878 OF 2017 ORDER :

This Contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful violation of the order of this Court passed in W.P.M.P.No.18436 of 2017 in W.P.No.14910 of 2017 dated 26.04.2017.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel produced proceedings dated 24.11.2017. The annexures enclosed to the said proceedings discloses application of revised pay fixation in Heavy Vehicle Scale retrospectively and fixation of pay in terms thereof. Learned Standing counsel also informs that the arrears of amount were received by the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
