When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the investigation in the present crime was completed and the charge sheet was also filed and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
