Respondent filed counter stating that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with by affording opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter, issued notice to the unofficial respondent in W.P.No.27732 of 2019 for removing of unauthorized construction.

In view of compliance of the order of this Court, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
