This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellants-claimants against the award and decree dated 22/11/2002 passed in OP.No. 480 of by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Mahboobnagar, Mahboobnagar district.
2. No representation for the appellants. It is evident from the record that Sri K.L.N. Rao, counsel for the appellants expired long back, therefore, notice was ordered. Registry sent notice to the appellants-claimant under registered post with acknowledgement due, even though, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellants-claimants.
3. It appears that the appellants have no interest to pursue the appeal, therefore, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this MACMA shall stands disposed of.
