ORDER:

This Company Application is filed for dispensing with the holding of the meeting of the equity shareholders and for a direction to convene the meeting of the unsecured creditors/trade creditors of the applicant-company by appointing a Chairperson. This Court by order, dated 24.02.2015, while dispensing with the meeting of the equity shareholders, appointed Sri M.Ganga Rao, Advocate, as Chairperson to convene the meeting of the unsecured creditors/trade creditors of the applicant-company. The Chairperson has filed his report, dated 24.04.2015. The said report is placed on record and the Company Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
