HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2180 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 14.05.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned proceedings No.A2/4759/2013, dated 18.10.2013 issued by the first respondent are suspended, with a direction to the respondents to reinstate the applicant into service as Village officer immediately. However, this order does not preclude the respondents from proceeding with the departmental enquiry already initiated. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 14.05.2014, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
