THE HONOURABLE SRI IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3218 of 2020 ORDER:

\ This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code \ of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the petitioner-accused No.2 to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.826 of 2015 pending on the file of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

None appears on behalf of petitioner. Perusecl the record. 3.

The crime is of the year 2074 and charge sheet was filed in the year 2015. Further, no interim order was passed by this Court stalling the proceedings in the Court below. The stage of the case before the Court below is not known. Therefore, I find no reasons to keep the petition pending and the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
