HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10757 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is noticed that the writ petition was dismissed for default against contesting respondent No.1 vide orders dated 15.04.2014 and, thereafter, no steps have been taken to restore the writ petition against the contesting respondent. In the absence of the contesting respondent in whose favour the impugned order is passed by the Labour Court, the writ petition cannot be adjudicated. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
