HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.5082 and 5352 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

As there was no representation for the revision petitioners on 30.09.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal".

Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", when the matter is called, there is no representation for the revision petitioners.

Accordingly, both the revisions are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it is made clear that it will not take away the right to ask for filing of written statement and framing of issues. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in both the revisions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
