On 26.02.2018, there was no representation for petitioners and the writ petition was directed to be listed on 27.02.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 27.02.2018, at the request of Sri B.Prakasam, the matter was adjourned to today. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioners or not accommodation is sought for. This Court is of the view that with the passage of time, the petitioners are not interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
