THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40464 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) for respondents.

2.

This Writ Petition was filed in not calling report from the 3rd respondent inspite of the letter No.C2/3505/2012 dated 31.07.2012 issued by 1st respondent.

3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader produced a copy of communication of the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent dated 07.02.2013 before this Court, not recommending the case of the petitioner for arms license. 4.

In the circumstances, in view of the communication of 2nd respondent to 1st respondent, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending and the same is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law for pursuing his case for arms license based on the subsequent developments in this case.

5.

The Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
