Kondapalli Parvathi v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10254 OF 2019 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent against the orders in LTR Case No.1/2018/Ldp, dated 06-09-2018 along with stay petition on 04-05-2019. But no order is passed either in the stay petition or appeal. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since no orders are passed in the stay petition, the respondentauthorities are trying to evict the petitioner by virtue of impugned orders in the appeal.
Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the appeal in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. Till then, interim order granted by this Court on 08-05-2019 shall continue. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-06-2019 Nvl
