THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.24105 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the petitioner's land to an extent of 120 Sq.yards in Survey No.88/1, situated at Jaipuri Colony, Nagole, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent No.3 not to dispossess and not to interfere with the petitioner's land to an extent of 120 Sq.yards in Survey No.88/1, situated at Jaipuri Colony, Nagole, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District."

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though she is having patta in respect of the land in question, respondent No.3 is interfering with the said land and trying to dispossess her from the said land.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.

Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is hereby directed not to interfere with the aforesaid land of the petitioner and not to dispossess her from the said land without following the due process of law.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
