ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 21.9.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appears for the petitioner and no representation is made on his behalf.

While admitting the writ petition on 29.09.2004, this Court in WPMP No.22920 of 2004 granted interim suspension of the impugned order dated 21.09.2004.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the said interim order, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
