Heard.

No grounds to admit, much less, to suspend the order of the lower court, but for to direct the lower court to give early disposal of the D.V.C.No.42 of 2016, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the order and any payment towards interim maintenance is subject to adjustment from the final result of D.V.C.No.42 of 2016.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
