HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10262 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a direction, order or writ more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the Respondents particularly Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 in seeking to interfere in civil disputes and thereby trying to settle the disputes in Police Station by calling upon the petitioners to the Police Station regularly and pressurizing the petitioners to subscribe signatures on blank papers otherwise threatening to dispossess the petitioners from their lands total admeasuring Acs.
70-39 Guntas, comprising of Sy.Nos. 108 to 111, situated at Thatti Annaram Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, offending Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India apart from being in violation of principles of natural justice consequently direct the Respondents to refrain from interfering into the said property and calling upon the petitioners to the police station without following due process of law." 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6. Perused the record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated as follows: "It is further to submit that one Ragidi Laxma Reddy gave a complaint on 1.3.2019 stating that on 28.2.2019 some unknown persons came to his land and criminally trespassed into the above plots with JCB in Sy.No.108, 109, 110 & 111 situated at Thattiannaram Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, and further stated that they have purchased the plots 840 where the Pattadar Maddi Satyanarayana along with his brother Maddi Bal Reddy accused registered
general power of Attorney Doc.No.128/1980, dt.18.08.1980 in favour of M.V.Ranga chary, in turn sold to them. Further alleged that the accused made over writings in revenue records forged MRO signature and manipulated the revenue records and requested to take necessary action. On that a case was registered in Crime No.114/2019, U/s 420 and 468, 471, 447, 427 r/w 34 IPC of Hayathnagar Police Station on 1.3.2019.
It is to submitted that knowing about the FIR registered against the present petitioner, they made false allegations.
It is submitted that regard to the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.7 is calling him to police station since 2.5.2019 and pressurizing him to settle the matter with respondent No.8 to 11 is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.7 never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner.
Further it is to submit that the respondent No.7 had never threatened not pressurized the petitioner to settle the matter with the unofficial respondents not interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner."

In view of the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners and not interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.8 to 11.
