O R D E R

When the matter was listed on 01.04.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, based on the counter affidavit filed by the 3rd respondent submitted that even before passing of the interim order, dated 04.04.2017, in WPMP.No.14890 of 2017 in W.P.No.11968 of 2017, the subject land was resumed under Section 4 of the A. P. Assigned Land (POT) Act, 1977 vide proceedings No.D/8161/2016, dated 13.03.2017. In view of the said submission, the matter was directed to be listed for orders. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that land has been resumed even before passing of the interim order, I do not find any violation of the order passed by this court, and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
