THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 10261 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned action of the 2nd respondent in issuing impugned letter dated 06.05.2019, rejecting the application for affiliation of the petitioner for the academic year 2019-2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the impugned proceedings, the respondent-University issued proceedings dated 25.05.2019, including the college of the petitioner in the admission process, as such, no further orders are required in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
