Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (A.P.) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.1 herein on 01.08.2017, but no action has been taken by respondent No.1 so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 herein to pass appropriate orders on the said representation strictly in accordance with law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that if any such representation is pending as on date, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.1 to verify the representation, dated 01.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and to take action strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
