The writ petition was dismissed for default against respondent No.2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2nd respondent died on 16.04.2006. The Labour Court granted the relief of reinstatement and the same was suspended by this Court on 01.09.2006. Keeping the above circumstances in view, the writ petition, with the passage of time and also intervening circumstances, has rendered infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand closed.
