HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.110 of 2015 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.339 of 2013 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 05.11.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed on 22.01.2015, vide S.R.No.607 of 2015. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
