HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9262 & 9263 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8649 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of S.C.No.66 of 2017 on the file of XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, which is outcome of crime No.68 of 2016 of Yalal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 307 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
