This appeal is preferred against order dated 14.02.2011 in I.A.No.57 of 2011 in O.S.No.34 of 2008 on the file of VI Additional District Judge, Anantapur at Gooty.

2. Appellants herein are defendants in O.S.No.34 of 2008 and they preferred appeal questioning the order passed in I.A.No.57 of 2011.

3. Advocate for appellants submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.34 of 2008 was disposed of on 14.11.2012 and nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
