This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.3, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.124 of 2018 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 23.03.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the XIX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, and C.C.No.89 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
