HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.13269 of 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to call for the records in and relating to proceedings vide R.Dis.No.442/2005, of respondent No.1, dated 27.5.2005 and to quash the same. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court the statement of the petitioners recorded on 09.4.2018, wherein it was stated that they have been satisfactorily accommodated with an alternative land and presently, they are not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition. Placing the said statement on record, the Writ Petition is closed.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
