HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30429 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not incorporating the names of the petitioners in the online Revenue records in respect of the land situated in survey No.246 of Addapusila Village, Parvathipuram Mandal, Vizianagaram district as per CCLA's circular No.LR II/426/2015, dated 05.08.2015, issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the application dated 10.08.2016 submitted by the petitioners for incorporating their names in the online web records, is pending before the 4th respondent. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the application dated 10.08.2016 submitted by the petitioners for incorporation of their names in the online revenue records is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing 4th respondents to dispose of the said application in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
