Counsel on both sides seeks permission of the Court to withdraw all these Revisions.

Granting permission as sought for, all these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the lower Appellate Authority i.e., the Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, shall dispose of the R.A.No.5 of 2018 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four

(04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both parties agree to extend full cooperation to the Court for early disposal of the said R.A. No order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
