This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ judgment debtor No.1, aggrieved by the docket order, dated 03.05.2019, passed in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.507 of 2016, by the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Prashanthnagar, whereby, warrant was directed to be issued to deliver possession of E.P. Schedule property to the respondent No.1 herein/ decree holder. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for both the sides and perused the record.

Since the decree sought to be executed is not stayed by any competent Court and C.R.P.No.2329 of 2019 is allowed today vide separate order, there is no merit in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4 .

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
