Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents, particularly the 2nd respondent in not conducting survey and demarcation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.10-00 guntas in Sy.No.78 situated at Upparpally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016, rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said exercise shall be done within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
