THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8639 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking necessary action on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2018 to enter her name in the on line revenue records and for issuance of e-pass books and title deeds in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.1.95 cents in Survey No.1287/3 and Acs.5.66 cents in Survey No.1287/3 of Karedu Village, Ulavapadu Mandal, Prakasam District.

This Court noticed that the petitioner merely filed the application for incorporating her name in the revenue records. But, she did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioner wants incorporation of her name in the revenue records, she has to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving such liberty to the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
