HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 16232 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not registering the case on a complaint given by the petitioner on 28.03.2017 against the firth respondent is arbitrary, illegal and un-constitutional; and consequently direct the fourth respondent to take steps to get back the rented premises of the petitioner to run his software business along with his staff in the premises Office 443, Film Nagar Road No.86, Beside ABN TV Channel, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

2) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Home (TG) on instructions, submits that no such complaint is received in the police station. Apart from that the copy of the report which has been filed before this Court does not contain any endorsement or acknowledgment. 3) In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies, if any, available under law.

4) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
