OFFICE NOTE 15.12.2021 LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking relaxation of condition imposed while granting bail by order dated 15.05.2019, whereby this Court directed the accused to appear before the Station House Officer, on 1st of every month between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ever since from the date of release, the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and since the investigation is almost completed, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute that petitioner has been complying with the said condition, but however it is stated that invesgiation is pending.

Taking into consideration the submission of leanred counsel for the petitioner, condition imposed by this Court i.e. "petitioner/accused shall appear before the Station House Officer, on 1st of every month between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet" is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the police, whenever his presence is required. Police shall give advance notice to the accused.
