Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land to an extent of Acs.2.00 in Survey No.42 of Naspur Village and Mandal, Mancherial District. According to petitioner, his name is mutated in the revenue records. While so, alleging that the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from his private patta land without following due process, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

The Tahsildar, Naspur Mandal, filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and in paragraph No.6 thereof, it is stated that the Government owns land to an extent of Acs.102.10 guntas in Survey No.42 and the factum of recording the name of the petitioner in the revenue records is admitted. It is further stated that some portion of the land is allotted for the purpose of TNGO's Unit, APSEB and Integrated District. The allegation that the petitioner is sought to be dispossess from the extent of land owned by him is denied.

In view of the assertion of the Tahsildar, the apprehension of the petitioner does not subsist.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
