HCJ & Dr.SA, J WP.No.10325 of 2019 Dt: 01.07.2019 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Smt. Tabassum Begum, the mother, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition ostensibly on the ground that her son, namely, Mohammed Arbaz, is being illegally detained by the police of Rajendra Nagar Police Station.

In accordance with the order dated 27.06.2019, the police has produced Mohammed Arbaz before this Court. This Court has spoken to Mohammed Arbaz. He informs this Court that he was never picked up by the police and that he is presently living with his parents.

Considering the statement made by Mohammed Arbaz, this Habeas Corpus Petition no longer survives. It is, therefore, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
