Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that after completing the investigation in the instant crime, the concerned Investigating Officer has filed the charge sheet and even it was taken on file as C.C.No.467 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
