HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 6149 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the Court below that the suit filed by the petitioner, vide O.S. No.113 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur District, for declaration that Gutti Leela is the legally wedded wife of the petitioner/ plaintiff and for consequential mandatory injunction to confer whole retirement benefits including employment.

Similar matter came before this Court in Civil Revision Petition No.6005 of 2016 and this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit, expeditiously, in the interest of justice, within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seek parity in this matter, since the issue involved in this case is same and the suit is pending before the Court below from the year 2011, and due to which, the petitioner/ plaintiff is unable to get his retrial benefits.

In view of the above, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit, vide O.S. No.113 of 2011, expeditiously,

in the interest of justice, within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
