Though this writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against the third respondent by the District Forum under Consumer Protection Act, West Godavari District at Eluru, on 13.08.2010, in P.P.No.99 of 2010 in C.C.No.350 of 2009, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments and payment of amount, the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
