This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in threatening the petitioner to demolish the constructions in Survey No.9 within the plotted area of an extent of Ac.8-37 guntas situated at Chengicherla Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without taking into consideration the reply, dated 09.05.2019, given by the petitioner to the show-cause notice, dated 03.05.2019, as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased land admeasuring Ac.8.37 guntas in Survey No.9, situated at Chengicherla Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in the year 1979 and obtained sanctioned layout from the authorities concerned. He raised some structures thereon. While so, the respondent authorities issued show-cause notice vide U/ c.No.1/ Chengicherla/ HMDA/ Plg/ 2019, dated 03.05.2019, to show cause as to why the Layout with Housing/ Layout without Housing shall not be treated as unauthorized development. The petitioner submitted reply, dated 09.05.2019, to the said show-cause notice. In spite of the same, the respondent authorities are trying to demolish the structures over the subject property. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Under these circumstances, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to examine the reply, dated 09.05.2019, submitted by the petitioner to the show-cause notice, dated 03.05.2019, and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above observation/ direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
