This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 30-07-2004 in W.C.No.7 of 2004 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Circle-II, Visakhapatnam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the C.M.A..

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
