O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not investigating Crime No.89 of 2010 on the file of the Gajwel Police Station, Medak District.

The Station House Officer, Gajwel, Medak District, addressed written instructions dated 10.06.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that Crime No.89 of 2010 was registered under Sections 304-A and 337 IPC on the file of the Gajwel Police Station, Medak District. After due investigation, a charge-sheet was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Special Mobile Magistrate at Medak and weas taken on file vide C.C.No.708 of 2011.

In the light of the aforestated facts, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction of the police was wholly without basis. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
