Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners circulated a letter dated 26.02.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The same is placed on record.

In the said letter, it was mentioned that the petitioners intend to withdraw the present writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition in view of necessary corrections therein. 3.

In view of the letter circulated by the counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
